Liz Taylor is a successful businesswoman, media commentator and hospitality consultant for leading luxury brands. With a 30-year career as one of the UK’s leading corporate event planners and luxury party planners, Liz has not only worked with some of the biggest names in corporate life and showbusiness - but importantly has a proven track record that is second to none.

For the past 30 years Liz Taylor has been at the helm of one of the UK’s most successful event management companies – the Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC). She started her entrepreneurial journey with just £200 in the bank and having steered TLC through recessions, personal and professional challenges, and rapid expansion, has built a multi-million-pound event management success story with an unrivalled reputation. A host of awards and accolades confirm Liz’s standing as one of country’s most well-respected businesswomen.

She has been awarded the Variety - The Children’s Charity Award for Outstanding Achievement accolade. The Taylor Lynn Corporation is a recipient of the Manchester Evening News Best Small Business Award. And her starring role in Channel 4’s documentary series ‘The Millionaire Party Planner’ saw her scoop a National Reality TV Award for Best Business Show. As well as being an inspirational business leader, luxury brand consultant and event, wedding and party planner, Liz is involved with various organisations at the highest level. She has been a member of the committee for the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, NW fundraising committee for The Princes’ Trust and is currently a member of the business advisory committee for Manchester Metropolitan University, to name a few.

Her strong head for business and continued success ensures Liz is often secured by smaller businesses, where she acts as a consultant to steer their sales, marketing, and growth strategies, and as a mentor for aspiring event planners and start-ups. Liz is an accomplished podcast host with her series, Events That Made Me, a motivating public speaker and is frequently called upon to deliver expert opinion to regional and national media. She released her biography in 2012, Taylor Made, and is busy growing her consultancy portfolio of hospitality and luxury sector businesses.

And any ‘spare’ time she has is committed to helping not for profit organisations maximise their event fundraising strategies. Being a long-serving member of the fundraising committee for Child Bereavement and Red Sea Pedestrians amongst her charitable endeavours.
